How To Track My Order
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with a tracking number relating to your order. If you need more information about your order, please email us at  support@devans.co.in

RETURNS

We regret to inform you that we do not facilitate exchanges.

Your order is meticulously packed to ensure that you receive it in flawless condition. We kindly ask you to examine your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or broken, rest assured that we provide a full refund upon its return.

If you wish to return products due to damage during transit, kindly reach out to us via email at support@devans.co.in within 10 days of receiving the goods. Ensure to mention your order ID and attach a photo /video of the damage product. 

If required, we would ask you to send us the package back for our evaluation. For the return, please ensure that you pack the item(s) carefully and send them to the address provided below. We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund, which includes the full purchase price will be added in your website wallet. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for refund to process. If 15 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
