APPEARANCE
The mildly peated whisky unveils a bright, brilliant golden hue, pouring warmth and quiet luxury into every glass.
NOSE
Elegant and delicate nose of brandy snaps and gingerbread, dried apricots, prunes, honeycomb toffee with mild notes of peat & dry oak.
PALATE
A sweet, creamy start, delicate nutty honeycomb, a touch of salt, hints of dried ginger & fruits, evolving into a delicately spiced and a surprisingly dry palate.
FINISH
A medium to long dry finish with hints of bitter chocolate and the zing of white pepper. A light, delicate, elegant and not overly heavy, gooey sweetness.
